Harold started his career in 1989 with Kimberly Clark in Terrace Bay, Ontario. He worked there as Electrical Project and Maintenance Engineer responsible for the design, commissioning, start-up and maintenance of projects within the Kraft Mill complex.
In 1995 he transferred with Kimberly Clark to Coosa Pines, Alabama and became a lead Project Engineer for the Rebuild of a 3.2 MM LB/Day Black Liquor Recovery Boiler.
In 1998 he chose to become a Senior Partner with KMH Engineering to further enhance his career and allow him to return and work again in his home town of Thunder Bay.
Harold is considered to be an Engineering Design Specialist for Utilities and Power Systems.
In his career he has been responsible for project management, design, commissioning and start-ups for all types of equipment in Heavy Industry including Boilers, Turbine Generators, Power Distribution Systems, and Wastewater.
Harold has excellent knowledge of Power Systems Analysis and Design.
