June 1, 2008: KMH provided detailed E&I and automation design, and commissioning and startup support for the components required for a paper mill water microfiltration project. This included the installation of the following primary equipment complete with related piping, structural, electrical and controls:
- GE-Zenon Zee-Weed L128 Filtration system consisting of three filtration trains (filtration membrane tanks, permeate pump skids, cleaning pump skids (motors/starters/VFD’s), scouring air blowers, and pre filters).
- Paper Mill Recovered Water Blending Tank (Filtration System Feed Tank) and associated feed pumps/motors/VFD’s.
- Low Temperature Microfiltered Water Storage Tank and associated pumps/motors/VFD’s.
- High Temperature Microfiltered Water Heat Exchangers.
- New Siemens Back to Back MCC section connected to existing MCC.
