August 1, 2005: KMH Engineering Inc. has been contracted to complete the electrical, and instrumentation design for optimization of the sootblower controls for the coal-fired power boiler at the Ontario Power Generation - Atikokan G.S. The optimized sootblower controls allow for indexing of the rotational drive motors to improve sootblowing efficiencies.
