PLC, DCS and HMI System Integration
KMH Engineering has been providing services for similar projects for over ten years. HMI configuration, on both DCS systems and traditional HMI systems, has comprised a major component of the core of the business since our inception. The projects normally contain integration of new controls or upgrade of existing controls in brown field installations requiring a significant amount of field auditing / interface.
KMH has experience working with all of the major platforms including but not limited to ABB Automation, Allen Bradley, Rockwell, Emerson Delta V, Invensys, Honeywell, Siemens, GE Intelligent Platforms, Foxboro, and Metso. We currently hold software licenses for all of these major brands. We have performed many upgrades from existing end of life cycle Series 6 PLC upgrades to RX7i, S5 to S7 PLC systems upgrade, and Allen Bradley PLC 2/30 upgrade to a PLC5 system.
